What I Believe

14 Jan

I wanted to share with you what I believe and yet I cringed at posting a Nicene Creed of some sort. Bullet points have their place but seldom in real life. I find it therapeutic, especially if I am wading in confusion, to stop and declare what I know. It is seldom done more powerfully than in song.

      Godcrazzy (love that!),

Your comment made me laugh! I totally understood what you were saying because I have had a similar cringe come over me a time or two. I commend you for taking the time to look at it anyways, because one does have to know where people are coming from.

You probably already know this, but the original artist of this song was Rich Mullins, one of my favorites, as he powerfully lived the Christian life as well as sang about it.

I’m glad we have bumped into each other! I am enjoying your blog!

Enjoying urs Likewise. Well honestly, not sure I know Rich Mullins but I’ll definitely look him up now that you’ve mentioned it.
I’m more of a Jesus Cuture and Hillsong kinda girl on the overseas side. Dwl. I also love songs by Micah Stampley (esp ‘Heaven’) and Deitrick Haddon.

I do love and appreciate ma native Jamaican music from persons like DJ Nicohlas, Papa San and Kevin Downswell.
Am almost certain u have no idea who these persons are… dwl. 🙂
