A World Like Me
“If only there were evil people somewhere insidiously committing evil deeds, and it were necessary only to separate them from the rest of us and destroy them. But the line dividing good and evil cuts through the heart of every human being. And who is willing to destroy a piece of his own heart?”
Alexander Solzhenitsyn

The problem with the world isn’t that people are not like us.
The problem is that they are like us.
.
The road to holiness is narrow and difficult only because
we must constantly fight the line found in our own hearts.

True. What a great quote. Praise God for His amazing grace and that He loves us enough to work at changing us to become more and more like His Son. And as Jesus prayed that we might be one as He and the Father are one, I pray that we would be less divided, so the world would not doubt what is true, but believe in Jesus.
